In terms of turnover and number of staff, this is the largest company in the Group. It is primarily involved in the construction of civil engineering infrastructure.
ROVER GROUP RAIL
Specialising in railway works, it owns state-of-the-art machinery for track work and has highly qualified staff.
ROVER MARITIME WORKS
Specialising in maritime works, this company’s high degree of technical development is reflected not only in its engineering, but also in its machinery stock and construction workers.
ROVER GROUP REAL ESTATE
A property and tourism complex developer with activity across Spain, primarily in Madrid and the Community of Valencia.
OTHER CONSTRUCTION AND SERVICE COMPANIES
The Group has 100% holdings in other companies, among them Construred (a civil engineering construction company with registered office in Extremadura), Edifica (constructions of buildings), and a number of development companies; it also holds stocks in infrastructure concession companies and in Ambling (water engineering and management).
