CHARACTERISTICS:
Works consist in the extension of the Poniente docks in the Port of Palma de Mallorca to host the increased cruise demand in the island. The current quay will be enlarged 400 m long and 30 m width. The solution includes the provision of 18 reinforced concrete floating caissons placed individually to get a permeable wall enabling water regeneration inside the basin.
